Spring Break
As of 12:20 PM EST, your boy has officially made it to "Spring 2005 Academic Recess" - AKA SPRING BREAK HOLLER. Don't get it twisted though - my Spring Break will look way more like this than like this. Reminds me of my old grade school spring breaks, which were invariably spent:
(a) playing video games for days,
(b) playing football in the parking lot across the street (Black Rock yell!) and
(c) desperately trying to figure out what being a teenager was going to be like by soaking up hours and hours of vicarious MTV Spring Break experience.
By the end of sixth grade spring break, I was almost happy to go back to school. Things done changed. Quick round up, cause I'm bout to get my Friday record shop on:
· Via party tonight. Me and Jones doing it extra huge. Come through.
· FBI says Biggie case officially closed. "Who shot Biggie Smalls? If we don't get them, they gon get us all..."
· MTV Smut Peddlers! Parents Television Council vs. MTV Spring Break 2004. Read out loud for best effect.
· Extra big shout to Chris over at lemon-red for holding the world down with such quality mp3s. Like every day. Makes me wish I had my old Jeep back.
· Yellaboy and the Street Pharmacy fam come through with about a billion doses of the slow syruppy shit.
· Been out for a minute, but I am really feeling the beat under 40 Cal on this License to Kill shit. Heat. (Link via Ayres.)
· Finally, welcome Miss Jessica to the stencil fam. Remember that she can't help it. She's just drawn that way.
