The Other Jacko

The Media is absorbed with the original Jacko trial, but another less exciting, but more overweight trial may be getting underway. Resident lawyer Caps will have to holler about what this actually means, but it basically appears Peter Jackson is suing New Line for not paying him correctly. A little New Line Birdie tells me:

"Yeah man, it's pretty crazy. I don't have any dirt - we all just kind of rolled our eyes when we saw it. So much for a GREAT relationship with Peter Jackson."

I really don't think New Line, or ahem - Time Warner, is really sweating any of this. After all, the (single) film in question grossed $556 million internationally.
