Moving in Stereo gets a shout in the August 05 edition of SPIN magazine. Thanks to Aja for typing it up cause I'm back in DC, where I guess August issues actually come out in, uh, August. Plus big thanks to Lemon-Red & his friend for noticing the notice. Here's our two sentences of glory:

Moving in Stereo
(self-released)
An incredible mix album by two NYU grads throwing together hundreds of script-flipping snippets - recasting the Fat Boys as punk rock, Magnetic Fields as B-Boy electro, gangsta rap as emo - to create a poignant mash-note to pop eating itself. The Eazy-E/sad electro track will bring a tear to even the steeliest listener.

I'm genuinely fucking thrilled, as if you couldn't tell. (To be precise: I feel like Phoebe Cates looks in the picture above. Yow.) Because of SPIN's nationwide distribution - the power of the Guccione empire is vast! - Mr. Dolan's super-nice words will no doubt serve as the Trojan horse that gets me and Jones into airport bookstores all over this great land. Creepin through yr hood...
In tomorrow's staying-home-sick edition of el Stence, I've got a big audio surprise for all yall. Hints: it's about twenty minutes long and it's crafted by a skilled potter from the galaxy of Queens.
