Beannachtam na Femle Padraig
Kicked off my Saint's day last night with The Pogues first NYC show is 15 years. The Nokia was a bit glitzy for the band, a barnyard would've been better but show was dynamite. Shane is the fuckin man, he looked like he was about to die the entire show, took a break off stage after every song and then wondered back in. I could hardly understand a word he growled into the mic all night besides something about "his ding dong" when the show started. The 'ol camera battery let me down but hopefully this pic of Shane will inspire you drink up all day and night until your eyelids come down an inch and a big old grin gets stuck on your drunk ass face.
