GETTING FOCUSED.
It's been a long time, but get your RSS aerobics tight and let's go. From here till September, this old stence is gonna be EXPLODING WITH COOL INTERNET.
1a. Black Rock is online and it's a beautiful thing. My oldest friends in the world.
1b. NHL PLAYOFFS. Eastern Confernce Quarterfinal: BUFFALO v. PHILADELPHIA. Game One on Saturday. First Buffalo playoff game since April 2001 - and that's five long years. ESPN says Sabres in six. I decline to make such a bold prediction. Instead, I'm gonna defer to the zen of immortal sports cliche: I'm just gonna stay healthy and take it one game at a time out there.
2. Spankrock's debut album YOYOYOYO is in stores as of yesterday. BE THE FIRST ON YOUR BLOCK TO COP. Check out the tour schedule: those Baltimoreans are FOCUSED. As I write, they're rocking Milwaukee; tomorrow, Minneapolis. Next month? Paris, Munich, Cologne, Berlin; London, Leeds, Manchester. Wow.
3. Stunningly amazing Online Museum of Early Baseball Memorabilia. So white, weird, and American. Something very important going on here.
4. My homie North in Vancouver is running this dope music site: EL POPO. Smart, awesome stuff. A must-check.
