1. Black Rock Advocate. A terrific Black Rock blog, from a neighborhood resident and activist, chronicling the neighborhood I grew up in back home in Buffalo - where it's been, where's it's going.
I'm very happy that this site exists. The attitude, knowhow, resourcefulness, and commitment one finds in the B.R.A.'s posts - well, that really conveys the home I love and miss so much. And hell, there's my old neighbor Dennis right there on the first page, still being the upstanding citizen he always was. All best to Dennis and his family; best damn neighbors one could ever hope for.
