Couple people writing in and asking where I've been today.
I'm here. Just recovering from hyper-exhilaration. Waking up at 6:30; getting to the lot at 9 (the Honey - that's the legendary RV that serves as the flagship of our tailgate - wouldn't start for a while); drinking cold alcohol and grilling until 12:30; watching my Bills score 17 points in the last eight minutes of the game to win as time expired; driving back to Brooklyn; getting home at midnight - it was a long, happy Sunday.
More soon. I gotta hook myself up to an IV or something. Here's Dusk with the final word for now:
stats on the game are weird. for instance, marshawn never ran for more than one score in a game till now, oakland beat us 4 times in a row, and of course we haven't won the first 3 games in the regular season since the golden age, but did you know that this is only the second time in bills HISTORY that we won on the last play of the game, last time was when jimbo scored on a 2-yard plunge in a 27-24 win over Miami in 1989. oh yeah, and this is the first time since week 4 of 2005 that ne wasn't in first (50 damn weeks).
